KORMORAN is a Holiday Resort located in a picturesque forest area in the vicinity of Swiebodzin, Lubuskie province. The territory of the resort covers 7 hectares of land stretching along the shoreline of Lake Niesłysz.
The lake has an area of more than 500 hectares and is famous for its waters classified as first class. This is why it is so pleasant and healthy to swim or hike here. In addition, quite strong westerly winds blow here, so it is a place loved by sailors and windsurfers. They will find ideal conditions for their hobbies here.
Therefore, coming to us, you can enjoy a variety of leisure activities on and in the water – swimming, diving, sailing, windsurfing or, finally, fishing (you can also sunbathe in the still….:) )
The Resort’s bathing area is guarded by lifeguards during the months of July-August.

Kormoran in Niesulice has a rich infrastructure – vast beaches (swimming area guarded by lifeguards), a conference room, piers: swimming and sailing, water equipment rentals – tourist bikes, kayaks and pedal boats. In the Water Sports Center you can rent SUP boards, Omega type sailing boats and a Sasanka yacht.
We have two catering points. Our partner company MAK offers tasty and inexpensive meals, including fish from Lake Niesłysz (applies to high and medium season).
In our Resort you can organize various types of events such as artistic, corporate and organization of parties and picnics. Clean water, proximity to nature and the attractions we offer will make your stay at our resort a wonderful time with loved ones and effective relaxation.

The area of our Holiday Resort, for ease of movement, is divided into 3 zones:
In areas A, B and C you will find comfortable cottages, designed for short-term stays and all-season rentals. We have cottages for 2, 3, 4 or 5 people, (we have cottages for 4 people Larch, adapted for disabled people). Each of them, of course, is equipped with a kitchenette and has full sanitary facilities. On part C, the cottages are the latest and of the highest comfort, and also have air conditioning.
Many visitors to our resort take advantage of the opportunity to take bicycle tours around the lake ( a bicycle route of more than 20 km) and in the surrounding areas….
The Resort is located a short distance from the village of Niesulice – about 1 km is a 10-minute walk. It is also not far from cities – 12 km to Swiebodzin and 40 km to Zielona Gora. About 2 km from the resort there is an 18 – hole Golf Course. We inform and encourage our guests with a variety of attractions in the Lubuskie region and visit selected places.
An unquestionable attraction of coming to our Kormoran Resort in Niesulice is the contact with nature – the proximity of water, the smell of forests and trees right under the windows of the cottages…… During the summer, especially at weekends, many guests from neighboring towns come to us to relax on our beach. We have allocated a large parking lot outside the resort for them. In turn, Guests staying in the cottages park their cars near their accommodation.
