Due to the rich infrastructure and attributes of the surrounding nature, we have excellent conditions for attractive leisure activities for various groups – possible integration events, company festivities, training courses and conferences (large hall), sailing camps, fighting schools, dance, green schools for young people, family events and others…. We are prepared for everything!!!
Holiday Resort Kormoran offers accommodation for groups both in comfortable wooden cottages or KOSMOS type cottages – economy class. Prices for accommodation depend on the type of cottages and their rental period.

Economy class – Kosmos Colony Houses
On the “B” part of our Center is located a building called KOSMOS 109 (zone B on the plan). It has 26 beds in rooms for 2-6 people, for organized groups.
Our offer is very popular especially among groups of young people and children. Young people and children come as part of Green Schools, sports camps, interest groups, as colonies. To the Kosmos house we also accept in the months of July-August, we offer full board, attractive conditions on a beautiful lake and reasonable prices. An additional advantage is a swimming area with lifeguards, available in the holiday months – July-August.
During the main season (June 19-August 25), the Kosmos house is also booked for individual customers.
Conference rooms
Sometimes the Kosmos house is also used by organized groups of adults, such as for family or corporate events. There is a room in the sub-basement that can be used for this type of event, as well as a conference.
We also have a large conference room available in a separate building, for larger meetings and conferences. Through this, a larger training or course can be divided into different rooms.

Lux class – wooden houses
Groups can also stay overnight in high-standard wooden cottages. For this reason, many organized hobbyist groups and companies use our services. We offer wooden cottages for groups in the off-season – in July and August we are mainly a family resort.

Board
Both during and out of season we offer catering. The menu is determined individually, depending on the needs of the group.
On the resort grounds we also have 2 catering outlets (pizzeria and canteen) and a general store.
Additional requests
Upon request (according to the budget), we contact a nearby company that offers numerous attractions such as quad biking, paintball, climbing wall, etc.
