Kormoran – Niesulice is located in a picturesque forest area near Swiebodzin, Lubuskie province. The territory of the Resort covers 7 hectares of land stretching along the shoreline of Lake Niesłysz.
The Resort has a rich infrastructure – extensive beaches (swimming area guarded by lifeguards), a conference and sports hall, piers: swimming and sailing, water equipment rentals – tourist bikes, kayaks, pedal boats. In the Water Sports Center you can rent SUP boards, Omega sailing boats and a Sasanka yacht. Guests can choose from two catering outlets: a cafeteria and a pizzeria. It is also possible to buy basic groceries in the store. For adults and children, we offer outdoor activities with a qualified Leisure Animator.

Lake
Lake Niesłysz is located among moraine hills. Its clear waters, fed from underground springs, are surrounded by forests, most of which are pine forests. The area of the lake is almost 500 hectares, including three islands: Koziniec (18 hectares in area) Municipal and Bird Island. It is a vast area therefore creates excellent conditions for sailing, windsurfing and kayaking. The deep clear waters of Lake Niesłysz are an ideal place for diving and fishing. We recommend various leisure activities. One of them is a canoe trail on Lake Niesłysz. Sailing along the left shore, we enter the beautiful Bay of Water Notch surrounded by beautiful forests.
