Bonuses are offered as a reward for staying in cottages:

–For bookings of 7 nights or more, water equipment 2h + pass for slides 20 slides Free.
– For bookings of 11 nights or more, water equipment 4h + a pass for the slides 40 slides Gratis.

Designation of houses for “A” and “B” zones:

*Buk — means a cottage after general renovation ( 3-person) with a full kitchenette and a separate room.
*Addition View – 9, 10, 11, 12 means a cottage in the first line, overlooking the lake.
*Modrzew – 61, 62, 63, 100 (NP.) – means cottages adapted for the disabled.

-Refundable deposit for the cottages is 500 PLN and is collected in cash on arrival.

– In zone A and B we accept pets cat/dog for a fee of 20,00 zł/day.

Designation of houses for “C” zone:

*Addition Lux — means a cottage (new) after a general renovation, to a higher standard.
*Świerk – Bunkhouse (new) with a higher standard for 5-8 people. The price quoted is for 5 people.
*Addition NP. (Akacja 116,118), (Cis View 125,126) means house (new) adapted for people with disabilities.
*Addition View (Cis 124, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131) – means a cottage (new) in the first shoreline, overlooking the lake.

-Refundable deposit for new cottages (Cis View, Modrzew Lux, Akacja, Świerk) is 500,00 zł and is collected in cash on arrival.

– In selected cottages in the zone “C” we accept pets cat/dog for a fee of 40,00 zł/day. In anti-allergic cottages there is a ban on the stay of any type of animal – in case of violation of the ban his stay costs 300,00 zł/day + additional fee for special cleaning of the cottage.

Prices are for the 2024 season.

In December 2023, an online reservation system for 2024 has been made available to you, which will apply to stays from 5 nights upwards in high season!
Reservations in the high season up to 5 nights are only possible by phone or email (we are filling vacant reservation gaps)!
During the May and Corpus Christi weekends, online reservations can be made for a minimum of 3 nights.

Additional information – for all zones – A, B, C :

We issue an invoice for each stay, both for companies and individuals:

• prices for cottages are gross prices and include 8% Vat, the title of the invoice “accommodation”.
• only the data of the actual participants are given on the invoices, as specified in the reservation along with the date of stay.
• the purchaser of the service can not be a minor.
• the invoice is issued when payment is made, whether in the form of a deposit (deposit) or further payment for the stay (final invoice).

Other fees and basic information:

1. To the price of the cottage should be added a local fee (CLIMATE) of 3,22 zł. (determined by the Municipality) per person/day, organized school groups are exempted from the fee.
2. An additional person in the cottage (max +1, except for the Spruce cottages) pays a fee of 60.00 zł (in the middle and low season 40.00 zł) per hotel night. Children under 4 years of age free of charge.
3. Parking – one vehicle at the cottage – Free. The second vehicle at the cottage (car, trailer, quad, etc.) fee 20.00 zł / day.
4. Fee for a dog or cat in cottages zone “A” and “B” – price 20,00 zł/per day.
5. Fee for a dog or cat in cottages zone “C” – price 40,00 zloty / day. In anti-allergic cottages there is a ban on the stay of any type of animal – in case of violation of the ban its stay costs 300.00 zł/day + additional fee for special cleaning of the cottage.
6. Prior to arrival, a 30% deposit on the value of the accommodation must be paid within 5 days of the initial reservation. If the deposit is not recorded within the aforementioned period, the reservation is canceled. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable!
7. The final amount due for the stay will be calculated according to the current prices for the date.
8. On May Day weekend, Corpus Christi, prices apply as in the “High Season” (see price list).
9. A deposit is required (paid on arrival) in the amount of 500,00 zl. per cottage/room. The deposit is returned on the day of check-out of the guest, after checking the technical condition and equipment of the cottage or room. The Resort’s guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage and destruction of items of equipment located in the cottage/room, caused by his fault or the fault of his visitors. The deposit is also not refunded in case of disturbing the quiet of the night and the peace of the house, as well as violation of the prohibition on smoking, the stay of animals (on account of the fee for ozonation and cleaning of the cottage).
10. ATTENTION!
    The hotel day in 2023 begins on the day of arrival at 5:00 p.m. and ends on the day of departure at 11:00 a.m. The hours have been changed due to the need for increased disinfection of the entire interior of the cottages, in order to ensure maximum safety for our guests.
    This requires additional activities and consumes more time than the previous standard of cleaning the cottages.
11. Extension of the stay in the cottage results in an additional charge of 30% for the last day. If it is an extension without the permission of the reception results in an additional fee of 150,00 zł (that is 30% + 150,00 zł).
12. We make available to you the possibility of payment by credit cards for the rental of cottages. If possible, please use this form of paying for your stay. Payment of the local fee is possible through the CASH BACK service.
