Beach and Bathing Area Regulations
The following regulations have been developed to ensure safe and enjoyable use of the bathing area and beach. Staying in this area constitutes knowledge and acceptance of the applicable rules.
- The swimming area and beach are open daily from 10:00 to 18:00 during the holiday season.
- The swimming area is supervised by lifeguards in a designated area. Outside of this area, the swimming area is unguarded.
- Persons using the swimming area are obliged to strictly follow the instructions of the lifeguards.
- For safety reasons, it is recommended to observe each other and, if necessary, provide assistance or immediately notify rescuers.
- Children are allowed on the beach and swimming area and may only swim in a designated area under adult supervision.
- It is prohibited to bathe persons whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol or drugs, as well as to bring, consume or sell alcohol or drugs on the beach.
- The following flag markings apply in the bathing area:
- WHITE flag – bathing ALLOWED,
- RED flag – bathing PROHIBITED.
- Users of the swimming pool are prohibited from:
- entering the water when the red flag is displayed,
- flowing under the bridge structure
- using soap, shampoos and other personal hygiene products for washing while bathing,
- destroying devices and equipment located on the beach,
- pushing and throwing other people into the water,
- introducing animals into water and bathing (outside the designated area),
- entering and exiting vehicles onto bathing piers.
- On the beach and swimming area it is prohibited to:
- grilling and lighting fires outside places specially designated for this purpose,
- littering the beach area,
- parking of motor vehicles,
- disturbing the peace and relaxation of other people,
- unfolding screens.
- The Centre is not responsible for valuables and personal belongings left on the beach and bathing area.
- Beach and swimming area guests are financially responsible for any damage they cause. The perpetrator of any damage will be charged for the cost of repair.
- Persons violating the provisions of these regulations will be forced to leave the bathing area and the beach, and in serious cases may be subject to criminal liability.
- Entering the Centre is tantamount to accepting the provisions of the Regulations and also constitutes consent to the publication of photos and videos of people staying on the Centre's premises.
