Ceny domków letniskowych dotyczą sezonu 2023 rok.

W 2023 r. zostanie udostępniony Państwu system rezerwacji online, który dotyczyć będzie pobytu od 5 noclegów wzwyż w wysokim sezonie!
Rezerwacje w wysokim sezonie do 5 noclegów możliwe są tylko telefonicznie lub mailowo!!!
W weekend Majowy i Bożego Ciała można dokonywać rezerwacji online na minimum 3 noclegi.

Informacje dodatkowe – dotyczące wszystkich stref A, B, C :

Do każdego pobytu wystawiamy fakturę, zarówno dla firm jak i osób fizycznych:

  • ceny za domki są cenami brutto i zawierają 8% vat, tytułem faktury “zakwaterowanie”. 
  • na fakturach podawane są wyłącznie dane rzeczywistych uczestników, zgodnie z podanymi danymi w rezerwacji wraz z terminem pobytu.
  • nabywcą usługi nie może być osoba niepełnoletnia.
  • chęć wystawienia faktury na firmę lub na inną osobę niż dokonująca rezerwacji należy zgłosić przed dokonaniem płatności za fakturę zadatkową.
  • faktura jest wystawiana przy dokonywaniu płatności, czy w formie zadatku (zadatkowa), czy dalszej zapłaty za pobyt (faktura końcowa).  

Inne opłaty i informacje podstawowe:

  1. Do ceny za domek należy dodać opłatę miejscową (KLIMATYCZNĄ) w wysokości 2,80 zł. (ustala Gmina) za osobę/dobę, płatna w gotówce lub bezgotówkowo za pomocą usługi CASH BACK. Z opłaty są zwolnione zorganizowane grupy szkolne.
  2. Dodatkowa osoba w domku (max +1, z wyjątkiem domków Świerk) wnosi opłatę 60,00 zł (w sezonie średnim i niskim 40,00 zł) za dobę hotelową. Dzieci do lat 4 Gratis. 
  3. Parking – jeden pojazd przy domku – Gratis. Drugi pojazd przy domku (samochód, laweta, quad itp.) opłata 20,00 zł/za dobę.
  4. Opłata za psa lub kota w domkach strefa A i B – cena 20,00 zł/za dobę. 
  5. Opłata za psa lub kota w domkach strefa C – cena 40,00 zł/za dobę. W domkach antyalergicznych jest zakaz pobytu każdego rodzaju zwierząt – przy złamaniu zakazu jego pobyt kosztuje 300,00 zł/doba + dodatkowa opłata za specjalne sprzątanie domku.
  6. Przed przyjazdem należy wpłacić 30 % zadatku od wartości noclegu w ciągu 5 dni od dnia dokonania wstępnej rezerwacji. W przypadku, gdy nie zostanie odnotowana wpłata w w/w terminie, rezerwacja zostaje anulowana. Uwaga! Zadatek nie podlega zwrotowi!
  7. Ostateczna kwota należności za pobyt zostanie wyliczona wg. aktualnych cen dla danego terminu.
  8. W Weekend Majowy, Boże Ciało obowiązują ceny jak w “Wysokim sezonie” (patrz cennik).
  9. Wymagana jest kaucja (uiszczana w dniu przyjazdu) w wysokości 500,00 zł. za domek/pokój. Kaucja jest zwracana w dniu wymeldowania gościa, po sprawdzeniu stanu technicznego i wyposażenia domku lub pokoju. Gość Ośrodka ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność materialną za wszelkiego rodzaju uszkodzenia i zniszczenia przedmiotów wyposażenia znajdujących się w domku/pokoju, powstałych z jego winy lub z winy osób jego odwiedzających. Kaucja nie jest również zwracana w przypadku zakłócania ciszy nocnej i miru domowego oraz złamania zakazu palenia papierosów, pobytu zwierząt (na poczet opłaty za ozonowanie i sprzątanie domku).
  10. UWAGA!
    Doba hotelowa w roku 2023 zaczyna się w dniu przyjazdu o godz. 17:00 i kończy się w dniu wyjazdu o godz. 11:00.
  11. Przedłużenie pobytu w domku powoduje naliczenie opłaty dodatkowej w wysokości 30 % za ostatnią dobę. Jeśli jest to przedłużenie bez zgody recepcji skutkuje opłatą dodatkową w wysokości 150,00 zł (czyli 30 % + 150,00 zł).
  12. Udostępniamy Państwu możliwość płatności kartami płatniczymi za wynajem domków. W miarę możliwości prosimy o korzystanie z tej formy opłacania pobytu. Uregulowanie opłaty miejscowej możliwe jest poprzez usługę CASH BACK.
  13. Od sezonu 2023 zostanie naliczona opłata do pobytu za energię elektryczną wg rzeczywistego zużycia.
