Conference / sports hall

Next to the Sailing hangar, on Zone B, is a beautiful conference room that can be used in many ways. As a meeting place for a larger group of friends or an association, for a sports group, and as a conference room.

The hall is large and equipped with a number of important features:

  • mirrors on the entire wall (needed by sports and dance groups)
  • excellent conference equipment (audio-video)
  • we offer floor mats as an underlay for specialized mattresses
  • women’s and men’s toilets

Dimensions of the room:

  • 20 meters long
  • 7.5 meters wide
  • total 150 meters Kw.

Common Room

In the sub-basement of the Kosmos 109 colony house there is a common room. It is an ideal place for small special events and conferences for smaller groups of about 20 people. There is a small kitchen annex for preparing drinks. It has basic equipment such as kitchen furniture, refrigerator, dishes, etc. There is also a toilet in the common room. It can be rented as a conference or training room on its own or in combination with a fireplace room.

There is a paved barbecue area (grills and benches) next to the building.

Rest room

The rest room, also known as the fireplace room, is located in the basement of the Kosmos 109 colony house. It is equipped with two large sofas, a table and an electric fireplace. An ideal place to organize a small special event in an atmospheric style. There is a toilet next to the fireplace room. We offer it only in combination with the common room, as two combined rooms for rent.
It is possible to provide a kitchenette to prepare drinks.


In front of the entrance to the building there is a paved barbecue area (two grills and benches).

Due to the rich infrastructure and attributes of the surrounding nature, we have excellent conditions for attractive leisure activities for a variety of groups – possible team building events, training and conferences (large hall), sailing camps, fighting schools, dance, green schools for young people, family events and others… We are prepared for everything!!!

Holiday Resort Kormoran Niesulice offers accommodation for groups alike in comfortable wooden cottages or KOSMOS cottages – economy class. Prices for accommodation depend on the type of cottages and the rental period.

At the Resort, we are able to accommodate more than 400 people at a time. We offer catering.
